The Oxford & Cambridge Society of Singapore Annual General Meeting 2007

The AGM details are as follows:
Date:    7 September 2007 (Friday)
Time:    7.30 pm for 8.00 pm
Venue: 4 Queen Astrid Park
Cost:    Free for members.  $30/- for non-member spouse/ partner
Dress Code: Smart Casual / Office Attire

There will be a buffet dinner with drinks.  To enable us to cater for the dinner, please let us have your response by Wednesday 5 September 2007 ( events@… or call 6323-6208)

It is necessary to co-opt committee members and elect honorary auditors, so those who are willing to volunteer should email me (arianachong@…)

Notice of Meeting

Notice is hereby given that Annual General Meeting of The Oxford & Cambridge Society of Singapore will be held at No. 4 Queen Astrid Park on 7 September 2007 at 8.00 pm for the following purposes:

1. to confirm & adopt the Minutes previous Annual General Meeting convened on 13 July 2006;
2. to confirm & adopt the Committee’s Report and the Accounts of the Society as at 31 December 2006;
3. to co-opt Committee Members as necessary;
4. to elect 2 Honorary Auditors for a term of one year;
5. to amend Clause 12: Place of Business of the society as “10 Shenton Way, #13-02 MAS Building, Singapore 079117”.
6. to transact such other business as may be properly transacted at an ordinary general meeting.
