Our Team
Kelvin Fan, Vice-President (Cambridge). Kelvin read Economics at Sidney Sussex College from 1998-2001 on a Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Scholarship. He subsequently read for a Masters at Yale University, and is currently a Lieutanant-Colonel in the Air Force.
Leah Aw, Chapter Chairman. Leah read Geography at Emmanuel College from 2002 – 2005 on an Overseas Merit Scholarship (Teaching) from the Public Service Commission of Singapore. She went on to obtain a Masters in Education from Harvard University in 2006, and taught in Dunman High School, Singapore. She is now currently working in the Ministry of National Development.
Dominic Soon, Treasurer. Dominic read Economics at Christ’s College from 2001 – 2004 on an Overseas Merit Scholarship from the Public Service Commission of Singapore. He subsequently studied a Masters in Economics at Yale University. He is currently an Economics in the Ministry of Trade & Industry.

Chong Li Ying, Events Co-ordinator. Li Ying read Engineering at Pembroke College from 2001 – 2005 on a scholarship from Singapore Airlines and graduated with a Master of Engineering. She currently handles Investor Relations for CastleBay Capital Management Pte Ltd.
Kelvin Kow, Community Service Coordinator. Kelvin read Law in St John’s College from 2003-2006. He then took a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School in 2007 and was called to the New York Bar in 2010. Kelvin serves as a Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Founding Members
Joanna Yeo, Co-Chairman. Joanna, one of the initial founding members, was a Gates Cambridge Scholar at Trinity College, where she read for an M.Phil in International Relations (2006-2007). She graduated from Harvard University in 2006, and is currently a PhD student in Political Economics at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Melody Hong, Honorary Secretary. Melody read Economics at Selwyn College from 1998-2001 on an Overseas Merit Scholarship from the Public Service Commission of Singapore. She went on to Stanford University to obtain a MSc in Management Science and Engineering in 2002, and is currently based at the Economic Development Board.
Mark Tan, Publicity. Mark read Economics at St Catharine’s College from 1998-2001, before obtaining a Masters in Political Science from Columbia University in 2002. Since returning to Singapore, he has worked at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and is currently based at the Ministry of National Development.
